As the president of Soutas Financial & Insurance Solutions, Inc., Dale is focused on helping clients work toward their retirement dreams through a well-thought-out strategy for retirement income. Dale can be heard spreading his financial guidance on local KMJ and Power Talk radio.
Dale began his financial services career in 1985 by joining his father’s State Farm Insurance Agency in San Jose, California. There, he spent years helping families design their retirement and other wealth transfer strategies. In 1989, he relocated to the Central Valley and opened his own independent firm, Soutas Financial & Insurance Solutions, Inc.
In 1997, Dale learned how to assist families in determining if they were eligible for long-term care Medi-Cal coverage and has since helped families with asset protection and legacy planning. He continues to improve his financial knowledge by keeping up with ever-changing industry standards and regulations. Dale is an Investment Adviser Representative who has passed the Series 65 securities exam and is an insurance professional (life insurance agent).
Dale is passionate about aiding families on their road to retirement. He specializes in long-term care strategies for those without long-term care insurance by creating plans designed to protect their assets and help them become eligible for various government programs. Additionally, Dale assists clients with asset protection strategies, income planning and tax-efficient strategies.
Residing in Fresno, Dale and his wife, Barbara, have four children and two grandchildren. They enjoy traveling and playing with their two golden-doodles. Dale spends his time away from the office golfing, bowling and building, flying and repairing radio-controlled airplanes.
